Autism

My father in-law got me a Weber Kettle grill as an early birthday present. I assembled it yesterday and plan on using it today for some burgers. It’s being baptized by a thunderstorm right now.

So a couple of months ago, I had an interview for my first job. The director told me that it doesn’t require a lot of experience, just that I needed to be comfortable. I applied for an assistant teacher position at a daycare, and the director placed me in the four-year-old, two year-old, and one year-old classrooms.

And now we’re baked my dudes. I kept one and the rest went to my new Dungeons and Dragons group.

I’ve been with this company for six years and been consistently sidelined and denied any opportunity for growth despite being highly qualified.

It is time to bake.

So upsetting that this keeps happening to autistic adults!

It’s a little after 5AM here. But one has to get up early if they want to be a farmer in Stardew Valley.

So my family and I have been on vacation for over a week now, we go home on Sunday. I won’t lie, it’s been difficult. From my sister’s depression, my dad’s need to hurry all the time, and my mom’s constant contradictions, I’ve struggled to keep calm.

I caught Mallow and Paul just hanging out together. The picture is a zoom shot with my phone so not the best shot.

In Stardew Valley if your character falls asleep too late then when they wake up they only have half their energy. That is me today. But we have bread!

Okay, so I’m on leave from work due to burnout. It’s week 4. I learned I was AuDHD last year. I have a watch which measures “body battery”. It’s a little vague but relates to stress.

Today is baking day! I ended up with thirteen loaves in total.

So a friend of mine who I’ve had a good relationship with for several months told me about a month ago that she wants to stop talking to me all together as she thinks I am too overbearing and bring up unnecessary topics unintentionally. She basically said that I stole her voice from her, that she never can get a word in around me, and that she is a very private person. Yet, she never let me explain why I am the way that I am.
