Putting the oven right up against the fridge is the real problem here. Look at where the hood is.

I know it can lower the lifespan of the fridge,, but unsure if there’s more than that!

Yeah it can, it’s cause it makes the fridge have to do more work to keep the insides cool

No direct damage, but indirectly through making it work much harder for no reason
