I know you said this likely as a joke, but that’s how I feel nowadays with everyone suddenly having an autism + ADHD diagnosis.
Like I get that they definitely exist on a spectrum. Totally.
But shouldn’t the spectrum be such that if the majority of the population the same as you that you shouldn’t get the label? Imo diagnosing these conditions should be reserved for more severe functional impairment than the average population. Otherwise, what is really the point if that’s just how nearly all humans are?
