If i needed to pick one pan to use the rest of my life it would be cast iron. Only because i know it would last longer than me.
For everyday cooking in real life: steelpan. Can be washed in machine, is oven proof, does not immediadly get ruined if touched by fork, does not care if i wanna use lemon or vinegar, or if i forget tomato sauce or anything else acidic on it.
I have small teflon for eggs, quesadillas and random stuff like halloumi tough.
Teflon: ignore the water supply
And the birth defects.
And the cancer.
And the hormonal imbalances.
And the dead animals.
And the neurological disorders.
And the universal poisoning of every single person, animal, bug, and plant in literally the entire world.
Teflon! Itโs amazing!
Iโm getting the feeling, that some of these cast iron praisers havenโt cooked much in their lives. Both pans have pros and cons. I prefer teflon.
