Why would a customer care who’s responsible. Valve marketing is misleading. If a company said their headphones work with all phones but they were using a 3.5mm jack who would be responsible?

Is installing another OS „a pretty simple experience”? When does he even mention Windows because I can’t find it? Other companies would get in trouble for claims like these.
