F-Droid says Google’s new sideloading restrictions will kill the project

I never realised that f-droid was compiling from source and assumed the app devs were providing compiled binaries and saying “trust me bro”. That was fine to me and I’ll still want a marketplace app that gives me access to foss apps so I hope they can find an acceptable compromise.
