Hard to tell about long term effects from DMT specifically because at the time I was taking every hallucinogen I could find. All together permanently eroded the “filmiest of screens”.
Very meh as a drug. No desire to repeat a third time but glad I visited this most alien shore

After 45 mins felt basically normal a little run down like hadn’t had my morning coffee yet.
The peak apparently lasted 20 mins. I experienced several cosmic epochs in that period
