My vibe is that many of them are not done with the fascism, the theocracy, the racism, and the violence, they’re just done with dottering old Trump and the podcaster-Cabinet being pathetic losers.

Exactly.

They’re tired of Trump because he’s old and his schtick is getting repetitive. They’ll hop on the next bigot train as soon as it pulls into the station.
