That’s the problem when you have a billion shows and movies on your platform. Stuff will fall through the cracks unless they are promoted heavily. And that doesn’t even take quality into account yet. Not saying this particular show was bad, I haven’t seen it so I can’t judge.
I’d never heard of it until seeing posts today about its cancellation
that’s why they put so much effort in predicting what you’ll like based on your viewing history.
first i’m hearing about it. and probably the last.
Does anyone still care about Terminator?
As someone who watched this show, it did absolutley nothing to make people care more about Terminator.
If anything, it was an example of how people don’t know how to make anything good with that IP any longer.
Terminator is about an unstoppable force coming after you. That fate itself is nearly inescapable, except for what you make of it. Literally the point of T2, the best one.
The first episode of Terminator 0 has an anime parkour fight scene involving people running on walls away from Terminators that clearly can now be stopped by bullets.
It’s an action anime with sci-fi elements.
Terminator is at its best when it is a horror sci-fi with action elements.
Everything made with the IP since T3 has gotten this formula wrong. Now including an animated show that cares more about the action scenes it has than the unstoppable nature of the robots each action scene makes null.
