Restaurants outside the typical ethnic cuisines found on LI (Thai, Japanese, Indian, Latin American, Greek)

Looking to try some new food on LI without going into Queens. In particular I would love to find a Nigerian or Filipino restaurant.

My recommendation for something different is Noa Mar Markets in Babylon. Excellent authentic Spanish/Iberian food.
