I mean that's what I'm assuming they were using. The term "AI" has become so trivialized it's hard to tell from the article what their "AI" solution actually was.

Ooo... I'm glad they spent millions to train these advanced systems to comprehend less than the average high schooler in an effort to cut costs and streamline operations.

There's still stuff robots, for all their sophistication, can't do. The craftsmen call it 'finesse'. These GAI systems seem like the software equivalent of it.
