James Gunn Says Many ‘Big Actors’ Have Told Him ‘They Want to Be Batman’ in ‘The Brave and the Bold’: ‘He’s the Character Everyone Wants to Play’

My personal opinion is that they should go with less established actors for these movies. Sure, they won’t get the “star power” of some big name, but cheaper actors should mean a lower break even point. I’m not a market researcher though, so it may make a bigger difference. I just wonder how many people go to a movie just because it has a few big names attached. I know I don’t!

Just cast Macaulay Culkin. He’ll be the best batman ever.
