Cancelled Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link footage has reportedly leaked online, and features Keyblade-wielding astronauts fighting Heartless.

Today‘s game is Assassin’s Creed 2. I know I said it last time but this game is so gorgeous for its era. I will state this again too, that I am using ReShade to ditch the piss filter, but with some color stabbed into it, it looks good.

TLDR: A Switch 2 game sold as brand new to me has scratches on it’s pins, indicating use (seen in photo). Can anyone here confirm if brand new games are supposed to come like this? Or, if you have any unwrapped brand new games that have never been inserted in a console, could you please check for me if the pins have any scratches on them? _ I’m pretty annoyed because I just bought a “Brand New” copy of Metroid Prime 4: Beyond - Nintendo Switch 2 Edition from EB Games in Australia, and it appears to have been used. It has scratches on the gold pins. You can see them in the photo, but it’s very hard to tell from the picture, you have to zoom in and look really closely for a faint line going down every pin. I’ve not inserted it in my Switch at all yet. Now, I personally know that these scratches are completely normal for Switch 1 & 2 games (even DS & 3DS). They are not generally a reason for concern. Every single Switch game you own should have these scratches if you’ve ever used them - they’re normal. But this is supposed to be brand new. This to me indicates EB Games sold me a used copy. Also, as usual in Australia, like seemingly every store here, they annoyingly don’t sell ANY brand new games with the original plastic wrap on them, meaning issues like this can in theory easily occur.

Today’s game is Assassin’s Creed 2. I started this up today, and did a little tinkering with reshade. I still want to mess with it a bit because i feel it’s way too saturated, but it’s definitely got less of that ugly filter games of that era had. So, just consider this a disclosure that mileage will very if someone decides to replay this and sees my pictures.

With the screenshot posts getting their anniversary yesterday, I decided I was feeling in the mood for Halo. So I gathered my friends together to kick off year 3. I decided to mix things up and do some maps and game modes we don’t usually do. Get a fresh perspective and all that. And on top of that I decided I’d limit myself. When I take my Halo Screenshots now. I do it with ReShade and take two versions. A version without filters (for these posts) and a version with for myself and friends/artsy sharing. I decided this time I’d do it without ReShade to see if that makes a difference. I’m proud to say to myself I think it did, and the photo above I feel is proof of that.

Discovery: Rogue Planet, a new sci-fi narrative FPS comes to PC VR & Quest 3 headsets on August 6. The game listing dropped on the Meta Horizon store a couple of weeks ago with an August 2026 release window, but at the time of this article, we cannot find a Steam listing. This despite developer Immersmind’s press release listing SteamVR as a supported platform. We have reached out to the developers to clarify this discrepancy and will update if we get a response.

Today’s is (if i did my math right, and i’m like 99% sure i did) the 2 Year Anniversary. I decided i’d do things the way i did it last time with a normal post with all the extra stuff attached at the end.

This was such a wonderful and fun romhack honestly. Unbelievably challenging and worth it so much!

The Steam Machine is slightly bigger than a portable Blu-ray / DVD player. (I just checked this with my own players)

Glad to see some official Linux support. RuneLite has always been available on Linux, but using a Jagex Account required the Jagex Launcher, and Jagex Accounts will soon be mandatory.

Works great on MuOS, hopefully Deluxe is just around the corner

Their compatibility list notes 75.33% are Playable, 22.93% can go in-game but not be finished and only 1.69% can’t get past the intro.

Some games will be more obscure than others. Every game I post will have had a US release. And is a game I’ve personally played.

Today’s game is Assassin’s Creed. I finished it today, and the ending segment, gameplay wise, was rough. Like here where you have to kill the target? It throws like 10+ enemies at you with a combat system i struggled to grasp. What i ended up doing after about 10 retries was just standing up here and slashing at the enemies as they tried to climb up. A bit cheap? Probably. Is what Altair would do? Probably not. I was ready to be done with that fight though.

The CD case was all warped due to heat, the CD didn’t survive either :/
