Great video about how radio controlled FPV drones are still dominant even though there are clear weaknessess to them.
I especially appreciate how this video underlines the skill that human UAV pilots have. Everyone is so quick to assume AI will surpass humans that the incredible human mastery of UAV quadcopter flight has been ignored. Humans have gotten very good at flying FPV drones but most of the world really hasn’t grappled with the implications of that yet.
Civ Div usually has excellent takes regarding drones and their evolution in war. Dude’s been in Ukraine helping out since the very beginning.
