Yeah, it’s not Wonder Man from the comics, but it (so far) looks like an absolute delight! Can’t wait!

For the folks going “Who?” Wonder Man in the comics, Simon Williams, is an in-universe Tom Cruise level actor who happens to have been juiced by a mysterious energy and turned into an Avengers villain, briefly:

Wonder Man is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, the director for Shang Chi, so Ben Kingsley’s return as Slattery is no surprise.

This looks really fun.

This looks like it will be fun! Also a great idea from them to do such an artsy/indie vibe movie like a European buddy comedy

Is it too much to ask of Disney to keep some semblance of the character when it is translated to the screen?
