Why is ICE even armed? Maybe, and I’m just throwing it out here, but maybe immigration violations shouldn’t be worthy of a death sentence? And if an officer is in danger, maybe just de-escalate and go away until you can pull in trained personnel to handle potentially violent interactions.
LibertyLizardCopaganda. I mean this is true of like 99% of al law enforcement activities, not just immigration related. But the American people are so indoctrinated into supporting these paramilitary goons that they accept it as normal.

ICE officers in Minneapolis were conducting targeted operations when rioters began blocking ICE officers and one of these violent rioters weaponized her vehicle, attempting to run over our law enforcement officers in an attempt to kill them—an act of domestic terrorism.
An ICE officer, fearing for his life, the lives of his fellow law enforcement and the safety of the public, fired defensive shots. He used his training and saved his own life and that of his fellow officers. The alleged perpetrator was hit and is deceased. The ICE officers who were hurt are expected to make full recoveries.
Of course… there’s video online of the incident already, and naturally it shows that that statement is complete horseshit (not that anybody had any doubts about that). This will probably get taken down soon, but here (NSFL):

Thing is that ice murdered a guy in franklin park illinois and nothing was done. I agree this is riot worthy but we do need the state law enforcement to side with the state citizens and not federal criminals.

The United States Department of Homeland Security labeled on Wednesday the incident that took place in Minnesota as “an act of domestic terrorism.”
In a social media post, the authorities said that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers were in the area conducting targeted operations “when rioters began blocking” them. “One of these violent rioters weaponized her vehicle, attempting to run over our law enforcement officers in an attempt to kill them,” it was further written in the statement.
The department detailed that one of the ICE officers opened fire in order to protect his own life and the lives of his colleagues, killing the alleged perpetrator. Meanwhile, some ICE officers were reported to have been injured. “This is the direct consequence of constant attacks and demonization of our officers by sanctuary politicians who fuel and encourage rampant assaults on our law enforcement,” Homeland Security stated.

Sounds like they describe the incident accurately for once, although I would point out that this is just one sub-incident of a wider campaign of “blue terror” being waged by Trump’s brownshirts against the American people.

It’s in a different part of the metro from the current actions taking place, and that facility has had protests since October. It is heavily guarded. We aren’t getting in there.
