My first project for the new year is to see if I can improve my physical condition. After being sick with @longcovid since May of 2023, I’ve had to be very cautious about pacing so that I didn’t crash when I needed to do something important for work or the kids. I haven’t had a crash in a while, so either I’ve been very good at pacing, or I’m slowly getting better. This month I have more of a safety net, so here goes nothing.
