preface: not sure if it's the right community, I searched for it in a hurry, you know, given my current state of mind. If I'm wrong, can I be directed to the correct community?

As some of you know, I've been busy with starting my own non-profit. Despite my busy-ness, I've committed to a minimum of 2 hours per month. This is the minimum, and I will work on this community during my spare time.

I am a developer and I have worked as an intern in the past, which wasn't a big deal, but now I want to find new opportunities and it's daunting, making programs to show off on GitHub is much easier than to, like, be overwhelmed by the calls, the resumes, the interviews, I almost feel like I am going to get blacklisted from a company if I do bad and that KILLS my motivation if I had any

not getting enough vitamin d3 which is different than vitamin D and is not normally tested for by hospitals. Unless you are taking these supplements then it's almost certain that you are deficient, and the effects of that are that you get sick more often, stay sick longer, don't feel as happy, and that your brain neurons cannot adequately 'heal' after trauma.
