so for anyone who does not read its more full fat dairy and less dementia. Reading the title I was gonna cry.
Oh thank god
A surprising finding! Unfortunately followed by many paragraphs saying don’t eat more cheese unless you’re currently eating none.
And a conclusion:
Not really
Low fat high carb diets are causes diabetes left and right
And dementia is often called type 3 diabetes by some researchers.. can you guess why?
New study: Scientists no fun, total downers
The war on saturated fat has been a false flag campaign, fat has been blammed for the damage glucose has caused.
Myelin sheathes in the brain are made up largely of lipids. Without cholesterol, they fail to form. Perhaps these results are unsurprising.
So, people without a genetic risk of Alzheimer’s those who happen to eat 50g of cheese per day have a 13% to 17% lower risk of Alzheimer’s. Similarly with cream.
It also appears to say that eating more cheese provides no additional risk mitigation.
This lay person’s opinion is it’s probably true that dairy fats are an important contribution to infant brain development and that small amounts probably aid brain health later in life.
However, that’s probably true over 28,000 people. Adding cheese to your personal diet will probably do nothing.
