Three recent community talks featured AsteroidOS — beroset at TriLUG in North Carolina, Cambionn and PureTryOut at NLUUG in the Netherlands.
AsteroidOS 2.1 is the current recommended install — nightlies are temporarily broken while the Qt 6 migration is underway.
AsteroidOS is an open source operating system designed for smartwatches. It is available as a firmware replacement for some Android Wear devices. The motto for the AsteroidOS project is "Free your wrist."
